Lately, I've been noticing that systems on V7 or later seem to be missing their command line helptext. Most recently, I noticed it when I was implementing Art's suggestion on my "preventing fights" problem: I tried to pull up the helptext on the WAIT parameter of ALCOBJ, on two different V7 boxes, and got nothing but an empty window and a message, "Help information is not available."

What's up with this? The phrase "bovine scat" comes to mind. Or a semantically identical phrase with the same initials.
