It ships with IBM i as part of QUSRTOOL ... see:
   QUSRTOOL/QATTINFO member TZLSINFO
So, you should have it, unless you did not install the optional tools:
   5770-SS1 option 7 "Example Tools Library"

Hello everyone,

Where in "IBM Navigator for i" do you reenable a profile for "Windows Network Neighborhood" when a user's access has been disabled?

I have a user without a locally managed password that the system tells me: "User profile {userID} disabled for IBM i Support for Windows Network Neighborhood access." This really puzzles me.
