There are two parts to Storwize support. First is purely the ability to
download the new versions/releases of software and drivers for disk units
etc, and apply them, That?s most likely what you are looking at.

The second part is the ability to call in a case for support, It?s
unlikely the BP has included that since it is not the default in the
ordering systems. (It should be but?..)

Many of my customers only keep SWMA and hardware support, but not support
line.
