I wish to thank all of you for replying.
QMGTOOLS has a function called http admin collector which collects stuff
for IBM. Those directories are supposed to be *PUBLIC *RWX according to
it. And until I fix that IBM won't work on why I cannot save my new
threshold settings. Seems to be a default on my system and I'm wondering
if that is a 7.5 thing.
Of course when I changed it, no difference was noticed. But at least that
gets IBM to stop saying "Look! Squirrel!".

Can I get someone using 7.4, someone using 7.3 to give me their results of
DSPAUT OBJ('/QIBM/UserData/HTTPA')
On my 7.5 system I am seeing
Data
User Authority
*PUBLIC *RX
...
and IBM is saying that it should say *RWX and that it might have something
to do with this issue
