bigger story. We don't connect to this customer to push data, it appears
that back in June they moved to new servers.
now, it appears we may have 1) gotten our account disabled, and 2) they may
have a old public key from us.

after lunch we may have some answers.

but when I try to submit via QP2SHELL, or interactive via QP2TERM, or
STRQSH I get the Permission denied(publickey) error.

i am running as the same user.
