Subject: PUB400 changing '@' character to '§'

Anyone in the U.S. using PUB400? Everything I've uploaded to my libraries on PUB400 has had all occurrences of '@' changed to '§'. This include names of objects, file members, and text inside source/data files. I imagine it's a code page issue, but have no idea what to change.

I see the following in my user profile:
LANGID ENU
CCSID *SYSVAL --> QCCSID = 273 (I think this is German.)
CHRIDCTL *SYSVAL --> QCHRIDCTL = *JOBCCSID

I just now noticed that my profile's INLPGM is SETLANG in PUB400SYS, which seems to be something related to "setting the profile's language".
