AF on QSYS/QP0ZIPCS

I'm seeing a number of authority failures (AF) on object QSYS/QP0ZIPCS.
There's nothing about the AF in the job log, but it seems to correspond
with JVM startup. The authority is *PUBLIC *EXCLUDE and QSYS *ALL.

Any idea what this QSYS program does?
