This would pre-suppose that RPG (or indeed any language on IBM i) compiles down to C. They don't. All ILE compilers output a variant of IBM's w-code intermediate code. That is then translated down to machine instructions. In the case of OPM compilers, they produced MI as the intermediate language.

So the answer is No.

That said there was an open-source RPG compiler a while back which did generate C code.
