real user
application
action
key info
changed column
old value
new value

And by 'real user' I assume you mean that if the job user was QUSER or some
other IBM service user you want the current user that the job is
servicing? That's no problem.
Application is trickier. While it's easy to retrieve the call stack,
figuring out exactly which entry in the call stack you want is a little
work. And using a flag to say the application is such-and-such requires
that all applications set that is an obstacle. Audit journals get that but
I'm not sure that is as easy to get with the temporal table approach.
Action sounds like another thing. Is that a simple Add/Change/Delete? Or
something more, like cost roll up, month end, etc?
Triggers, audit journals and temporal tables can all do the changed column,
old value, new value. All different approaches.
