IDK how big their office is, etc, but it might have a new IP address and all, especially if the new location is on a different subnet.

Maybe the printer's internal settings (set via the front panel) got
erased at power off, and when it powered on again, IBM i
autoconfigured it according to the 'new' printer settings.
