Has anyone used ASYNC DDM data queues between 2 as400 systems

Optional Parameter Group 2:
7 Asynchronous request Input Char(10)

I am getting

Message . . . . : The call to program QSNDDTAQ ended in error (C G S D F).

But the data is being transferred,

I think it is due to bad network response between the 2 systems

I wonder if the Async option will help ???
