Please confirm if the following is what you are considering:
One single table, with one member.
This single member holds every line of source code on the entire system.
Every library.
Every source file.
Every member.

One table, one member, several million lines of source code.

It's required just to keep it handy in a single file and rather than
looking for source of each source member at different places ( different
corresponding libraries and source physical files )

In my opinion, you are still trying to have the list write you a sophisticated cross reference tool.
For free.
One email at a time.

This remains extremely unlikely to happen.
