OK, then in the connections dialog press the "Advanced..." button
Then under Environment/FTP there will be a "Post Login commands" box put
"site namefmt 1" in there.

If you want you can update the initial library for that connection as
well. Under Environment/Directories:
Click the "Remember last used Directory"
in Remote Directory enter: /qsys.lib/xxxxxxxxxxx.lib (xxxxxxxxxx is your
library name)
Press OK etc.. back to the Login panel, then I aways save it. Then you
can just click on the connection and it'll start.
