I had a conference call scheduled with an IBM BP yesterday, and they
brought on IBM Lab Services. The Lab Services tech said their product is
completely offline, so it should work fine in a restricted state.

The tech did say something that sounded odd to me. He recommended keeping
an admin account without MFA in the unlikely event of an MFA issue. Turns
out the Windows vendor our IT department selected said the same thing. The
auditors signed off on the Windows solution, so I guess it will be fine.
Seems to me having an unprotected account defeats the purpose, but what do
I know.

This may be one of those cases where Tim Rowe knows just enough to know it
exists and you may have to contact that team at IBM for more information.
