It's more like this:
WRKACTJOB JOB(QMSF)
Normally there should be three active QMSF jobs. If you do not see at least one, then run
STRMSF
WRKACTJOB JOB(QMSF)
Do they stay running? If not email Rob Berendt the machine name and this QMSF issue.
Note: Dekko has a default of 3 on STRMSF.

The next two groups deal with the two types of jobs associated with SMTP. Yes, there is a
slight spelling difference. But too many jobs to weed through by searching through the QT*
jobs wildcard alone.
WRKACTJOB JOB(QTMSSMTP*)
Normally there should be three jobs here. If you do not see any then run
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*SMTP)
WRKACTJOB JOB(QTMS*)
Do they stay running? If not email Rob Berendt the machine name and this SMTP issue.

not see them then run
