It's been a few years but I'm pretty sure I've IPL'd from tape here
before. Data Domain 2500.

In this case the 'Load Source' is in fact the tape.

For some VTLs you cannot IPL from a 'library' it must be defined as a
'Tape Drive' (Cybernetics for one.)
