Hit send to soon. CMD.exe whiich strpccmd uses, treats the ampersand as the start of a new command. The caret escapes it.

Put a ^ (caret) right before the &.

Hi All,
I am having an issue with URL and the &.
I realize this may not be the correct group but thought I would give it a shot.
I have a pgm that displays info about a shipment. On that inquiry I have a function key to send a Shipment Tracking request using the following command.
STRPCCMD 'Start
https://www.rlcarriers.com/freight/shipping/shipment-tracing/?pro=12345678&docType=PRO&source=web' Pause(*No)
The issue is when the browser sees the & it ignores the rest of the string. It just looks at
https://www.rlcarriers.com/freight/shipping/shipment-tracing/?pro=12345678 which doesn't find the shipment.
I have tried using &, & and %26 with no help.
I send out shipment tracking emails to the customers with the embed link of
https://www.rlcarriers.com/freight/shipping/shipment-tracing/?pro=12345678&docType=PRO&source=web
and this works correctly when they click it.
Any ideas?
