Have yo reached out to TL Ashford. They are always very helpful. I'd bet John or Keith can help out or anyone on the support desk. But before contacting the helpdesk make sure you're current.

Every other time I fire it up to use it, it won't open the label I select and instead the software closes.
Every once in awhile I can fool it by opening up a label other than the one I am working on, then when that label opens, I can 'sometimes' open the one I want to actually work on. Sometimes. . .
This happens almost all the time.
