Ok. From one IBM i to another:
ftp toibmi
rcmd crtsavf qtemp/temp
Subcommand 'rcmd' not valid.
For a list of available FTP subcommands, enter subcommand HELP.
HELP
There is no rcmd command listed by HELP. But there is a QUOTE command...
quote rcmd crtsavf qtemp/temp
250 Command crtsavf qtemp/temp successful.
