Ok, so here's some more info.
If I log in, select support, it tells me to use
https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/. I click on that, then I click on my
profile in the top right and it's no longer "logged in". I click "log in"
and get the same "oooppps! that's not right" error.
Same domain... so there shouldn't be an issue if they are processing logins
the same across different hosts.
Tried clearing all cookies from IBM, still the same issue.
Losing faith quickly. Maybe it's time to retire. :)

Here's an even better kicker. On the error page it says "report theget
issue". So you click on it and it takes you to.. you guessed it,
www.ibm.com.
Wow.... really great seeing IBM has their ducks in a row. :) c'mon man!

That's google's (and probably Edge's since it's based on chromium)
problem. :) But it's still not a setting. Maybe Google is trying to
neverahead of everyone with a NEW setting that fixes their bug... haha..
Reminds me of when Kramer worked for free and got fired... "Well I don't
even actually work here!" "That's what makes this so hard!"

Cookies aren't supposed to be read between domains... ever. I've
https://www.forbes.com/sites/zakdoffman/2021/10/02/stop-using-google-chrome-on-windows-10-android-and-apple-iphones-ipads-and-macs/amp/seen a setting that lets anyone snoop any cookie.
Google Chrome has several gaping security holes, one of which is
3rd-party
cookies.
