Is it the same modem as you had at your last house? If not, possible IP conflict between your router's IP and your work IP?
Allow you access to some parts of your work network and not other.

Subject: [ EXTERNAL ] MSGGEN003 From i ACS
I recently moved to a new house. The ISP is the same as the old place
(Spectrum) and the laptop I'm using is the same. I can connect to my
7.2 server with iACS 5250 terminal emulation and I can sign in using
iACS. But, when I try to access objects in the IFS from iACS, it fails
with MSGGEN003. It was working just fine at the the old location. The
only thing I see that's different is that I'm coming in from a new IP
address. It all works just fine from the office. IBM support is quite
vague about what might cause the MSGGEN003. There are no exit point
rejections showing up.
Any ideas and suggestions appreciated. Having access from the house
could save me a late night drive to the office.
