IBM online support - UPLOAD files to case not working -

It happens every so often. I've opened a new tkt in the past referring to the ticket not working simply stating that
function is not working and ask them to get it to the appropriate team for remediation.
Works every time.

Trying to upload files to IBM via online support site, UPLOAD files button.
Getting the message below.

2nd time this week.

Anyone else in the group having this issue.
