I don't know what is going on here with a PTF.
I downloaded PTF SI59204 from Fix Central directly to an Image Catalog
on my Power7 server.
I look at the text file S9236.TXT in the IFS directory and it says I did
download that PTF and a Co-Req. PTF.
The bin file is named S9236V01.BIN.
So, then I do the LODIMGCLG and then GO PTF and use option 8.
The PTF fails, and here's the joblog...
Image catalog V7R3CUME loaded in device VRTOPT.
Volume C6841367_01 added to optical device.
Volume C6841367_01 added to optical device.
Library QSRV cleared.
No PTFs loaded.
PTF 5770SS1-SI74624 V7R3M0 not applied.
PTF not applied because error occurred.
PTF install processing failed.
V7R3CUME is the Image Catalog and VRTOPT is the Virtual Optical Device.
But where does C6841367_01 come from? The file is S9236V01.
And PTF SI74624 is not the PTF I loaded, nor is it for 5770SS1 (it's for
5773SC1).
How is this happening?
Here's the Image Catalog...
