I really don't understand how designers think. What's the point in wasting
so much screen space with just nothing? What has happened to list views,
being most helpful to capture most of the content in a glance, and to
navigate with less scrolling? Instead, the ubiquitous white-on-white
"design" lacking clear lines for the eye to follow, more graphics (with no
apparent message), and less text to know what's behind without looking is
the new way the designers want the web to be.
Well done, IBM! You participated in "modernizing" your website in the same
way like all the other lemmings walking in line.
