If you have one of those "security" softwares that go around all the time
trying to log into your systems, that might be part of the problem. I have
a customer where the logs on some devices are almost useless due to that
software attempting to connect every 5 minutes...

The number of password violations is also impressive. Not sure if that is
related to the issue I am having where a couple of users are constantly
getting disabled for NetServer access.
This is our main ERP production lpar. No direct or NAT access from the
internet.

IDK how much if any of this is related to intrusion detection/testing
stuff running internally.
