Re: FTP with windows10

Whenever I've had this it's been an issue with Windows firewall. Turn it
off (all of them, especially if you have VPN you're using). You may need
to reconnect after that. Check to make sure you don't have any other
software running that acts as a firewall.

I'm sure you'll get a lot of "use passive mode" answers. That's rarely
the answer in this case. But worth a shot.
