I have gotten many calls over the years from frustrated IBM CSRs. "Hey 
any idea where the ABC company server actualy is?"  Me: "You're going to 
need a plane ticket dude." This clearly is an issue.  I tell my 
customers to put the physical machine location in these fields not the 
US Mail address.

Sadly though while the IBM i side of this likely is rather simple this 
interfaces with IBMs world wide dispatch system which I think might 
still work on Hollerith cards. :-)
