How hard is to break a SSH connection?

According to the definition, it is secure and encrypted channel, but I
know that there are encryption protocols that are not so hard to break.

SSH is very secure ... especially if you're using private key
encryption with a sufficiently large key (private key encryption is
difficult to break at any size, a larger key just makes it even more
difficult).

It's best to have a passphrase on the private key so it's more
difficult to use the private key without your permission.
