All of those questions can be answered Rob!

Yes if you use the SAN for FULL system replication, that is you 
replicate SysBase then many of these issues apply.

PowerHA takes care of all of that. AND it's fantaticamo cheaper than 
MIMIX as well as taking about 5 to 10% of the admin time than MIMIX and 
2% of the CPU that MIMIX takes.

Swapping Mr San can also be done.
