IBM i Access cannot be installed if planning to install
IBMiAccess_v1r1_WindowsAP_English, it throws the message you mentioned.
Simply uninstall IBM I Access, and rerun the setup for
IBMiAccess_v1r1_WindowsAP_English, and you should have your ODBC driver.
