The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

It's not surprising, considering how old QDLS is. I would recommend getting rid of QDLS and using standard network shares (
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/ssw_ibm_i_73/rzahl/rzahlcrtfileshare.htm). If you IBMi is new enough, and no one disabled it, it runs SMB2 for NetServer.
Alternatively, you'd need to change Windows to allow the insecure SMB1.

"You can't connect to the file share because it's not secure. This share requires the obsolete SMB1 protocol, which is unsafe and could expose your system to attack. Your system requires SMB2 or higher".
