Hi Paul,

We experience similar things here so now and then. Not often, I think
it happens once in 8-10 weeks.
Almost same setup as you describe, but we recycle the instance every
night with a standard job schedule.
Never been able to find a root cause, but it helps to delay long
enough before starting again.

Another point I want to mention, that might be relative.
This HTTP instance starts more QZSRCGI jobs to handle the traffic/volume as needed.
Currently, 18 jobs running for this instance.
When the ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(BRCWEBLIVE) is issued, one of the jobs does end immediately.
