I think if I spelled my last name Mckay or Van Gogh , I'd be happier
seeing MCKAY and VAN GOGH than the "official" McKay and van Gogh. Most
people would probably be used to seeing their name wrongly capitalized,
but some might grit their teeth every time they see it.
