My Guess, a job queue is an object. Try to save it and restore to a different system. Does the jobs follow?
Crtsavf qtemp/CM_QUEUE
Savobj gpl/cm_multi *job *savf savf(qtemp/CM_QUEUE)
Send that over and restore.

Don't know if it will work, but we kind of do that for the job scheduler.
