Jack, while that will write a message to a job log, it just won't be the
Python job's job log.
subprocess.call will fork a new process to run system, which will then
start a new job to run the CL program (unless you use the -i flag.
You could probably make it work using ctypes and calling one of the
QMHSNDPM PASE wrappers:
