Well, sort of. That is not as robust as you might think. The only things I
put in there are the performance tool libraries and other libraries not
needed for a DR recovery. I'll back up those libraries at some point in the
tape rotation in the event they are needed.

When I run STRBKUBRM I can use the default of OMITS(*PROCESS) or change it

to OMITS(*IGNORE). When running a restricted state backup I use
OMITS(*IGNORE). Does this parameter only affect IFS stuff set with the
QLNKOMT list?
How do you omit library objects from your control group when run daily but

be able to use the OMITS(*IGNORE) and get them to save during a dedicated
save?
