The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Jack,
I asked/had same issue years ago, from previous post.
<My other concern is the % temp addresses, keeps increasing, IPL has no impact.
% temp addresses . . . . : 21.139
An upgrade to new release of i5/OS or migration to new hardware will reset back to 0.

Subject: Temporary Addresses
Been puzzling over temporary address growth.
Have read:

One thing I don't get .. it seems that temporary addresses can persist
(barring settings in SST/DST) over IPLs. Why would a temporary address
survive an IPL?
To recover data left in address space after a crash or something?
