IBM by way of Jessie Gorzinski and Kevin Adler (and Co.) have been porting
many wonderful open source items (for lack of a better way to put it) to IBM
i. Use Access Client Solutions, go to the tools menu, and open "Open Source
Package Management". Currently there are 47 open source packages in
there, one of them being "yum".

That's the second time I've seen a reference to "yum" on a Midrange box.

I've never heard of "yum" in any context other than Red Hat and its various
forks.
