Andrew - Thanks for spelling it all out. I was aware of all these details and the CNC recommendation. Basically E1 is too expensive for our small company budget.

We just need to look at what we can do to modernize what we currently have - or migrate to a cheaper ERP. Not sure there is one.

p.s. Someone earlier mentioned the JDE World GUI tool: We have used this in the past and the users hated it.

Our corporate headquarters has a 5 year goal of having consolidated cloud instances of E1 supporting all group companies. We're using it and fine with that, the smaller companies aren't thrilled with the idea. I understand their viewpoint. I come from a manufacturing perspective and my gut feel is that if you're not selling $75 million a year, you shouldn't even think about it. A $100-$200 million dollar company, sounds about right. If you're larger than that, go with a more modern system (JDE E1 still uses batch programs, which is really kind of ridiculous in this day and age, and is NOT designed to be easily extracted for BI dashboards).
