The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Where do I find documentation on this function ? or an overview ?
IBM have this tech note N1022619:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1022619&myns=ibmi&mynp=OCSSTS2D&mynp=OCSSC5L9&mynp=OCSWG60&mync=E&cm_sp=ibmi-_-OCSSTS2D-OCSSC5L9-OCSWG60-_-E
It's basically screen shots of Tools > Open Source Package Management.
It doesn't explain what Open Source is, what Packages are, or why one
might be interested in them.
Why not join IBMiOSS on Ryver <https://ibmioss.ryver.com> and talk to the
dudes who ported yum to IBM i?
I thought our Ryver was... done. Isn't there an issue with it no longer
being free? Limiting the number of participants to 10 or something like
that?
I hope that someone who gets answers over there cross posts here.
