I don't think the source member is there unless you do a RTVCLSRC or
something. Google QDSIGNON2 and you may get a hit that tells you how to get
it so you can modify it. I know there's some manual that tells you how to
modify the sign-on screen. Works the same whether you use the QDSIGNON or
QDSIGNON2... It's a file I think and I think you have to do something to
get the source to appear. Obviously it takes an IPL to "implement" or
"effect" the change from pwd level 1 to pwd level 3.

Interesting. I have no source member named QDSIGNON2. I understand that
after you flip the sysval it takes an IPL to implement it, so maybe the
member shows up in QDDSSRC at that point.
