The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I posted this on the Web400 list and did not receive any response.
Thought I might just see if anyone on this list may have a suggestion ...
V7R1 and Zendsvr6
Had a situation today where out PHP web portal when you clicked a button
that called a service program the page would just hang. The PHP script
displayed a message "Processing request"
After much searching I found in the php.log
[16-Mar-2018 04:00:08 GMT] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30
seconds exceeded in /www/zendsvr6/htdocs/... Line 7
Line 7 is - session_start();
So on a hunch I ended some QSQSRVR jobs and tried it again and now it
worked.
These were QSQSRVR jobs running PGM-XMLSERVICE
I could find no messages in QSYSOPR or on the QHST log indicating any
problem.
Two questions - Where would I find a message relating to this error
presuming I am on the right track with it being the actual number of jobs
causing the issue?
Then how could I monitor for this in PHP or elsewhere ?
Thank you to any responders
