In that you will see that:
1 - It says that it can be apply immediately or delayed. IOW, no IPL
needed.
2 - There are no "Special instructions". Meaning there's nothing in there
which says anything too restrictive like "you have to end all your TCPIP,
sacrifice an unblemished lamb, and paint your door with it's blood before
this PTF will become effective". This is a good thing. I've seen
restrictions which would be so disruptive that you might as well IPL.
This will remove some ciphers from your system though. Probably a good
thing though.
