The danger in

DLTUSRPRF OWNOBJ(*DLT)

is in its deceptiveness. It doesn't tell you what (or even how many) owned objects it's deleting, and a user could have ownership of tens of thousands of IFS objects that may not even be getting backed up, and that nobody would even notice missing until it's far too late to do anything about it.
