HelpSystems however ... grr... charges by all processors used by all
lpars of IBM i and then charges you again for the processors used by the
lpars which actually use their software. Because, well, all customers are
thieves and will set up autotune and the lpar using their software will
jump up to consuming all the processors allocated to IBM i.
