I will go under the impression that you are running an older version of
IBM i.
Data queues and other such objects in those performance libraries (and,
yes, even if you eschew the free graphics IBM offers it still collects the
data) often get damaged at the earlier releases. I tried, and tried, and
opened up PMR after PMR upon discovering the problem with each new release
until they finally fixed it. It was so bad that I have instructions I
will see if I can find and BCC you (since the list strips off attachments)
of how I used to check for these objects and just delete them before each
quarterly full system save.
Found them. Apparently there were also some Management Central system
files which also tend to get damaged. You end up having to delete them
and running a special setup routine (also in my notes). Judging by my
notes it was occurring at least in the first iteration of V7. So I am
assuming you need at least 7.2 until these problems go away.

Reading my notes again and it appears most of my problems dealt with
*MGTCOL type objects and not the *DTAQ type objects.

You could open up a pmr but I suspect these data queues could be deleted
just the same.
