I have the same thing, however the OEM software vendor is telling me he
can't use that one, it has to be 5799PTL. WTF......

So I put it up for him.. Thanks those of you who provided me with a

I missed that because it's a part of Option 7 'Tools'.

pretty sure it is 5.8
/QIBM/ProdData/DeveloperTools/pase/bin/perl --version says 5.8.7
