Is your storage growth continuous / random / periodic? Anything that makes a pattern? Only when George signs on?

Check the IFS. There are 'things' there that you'll never find the hard way! We use a PC-based program to scan the IFS through a mapped network drive (to the IFS root). It gives us some hints as to where the objects/space are growing.

You say you're running WebQuery. How 'bout work files? Do you let your users create their own queries (either WebQuery or AS/400 Query)? Some are sophisticated enough to create a string of queries, with intermediate files fed into the next query. Our users are supposed to use 'official' work libraries, and we scan them regularly to spot any files that have been created and abandoned.
