Just put iACS on a shared drive. Only have to update one place.

I do not think that the java based client has anything like "check service level" so you would need to figure out a roll out plan for those too.
Hey, we have a few hundred users also.
What helps is we've put a bunch of users on virtual desktop. This is a great way to go for rolling out upgrades.
