Yea, that's why the ;-( at the end of Larry's comment.
We only have three phone numbers here and IBM can't keep that straight. The
phone number is the one that was used the first time a PMR was called in, or
when the machine was installed complete by the CE (depends on the size of
the box)
You're better off with the Address where the box is located, then again was
the address set up as the Accounts Payable point as opposed to where the
machine is? You get the picture, just use the machine type/Serial number
and it'll work out the easiest.
